PAYMENT/DEPOSIT
• Deposit of 30% of cost quoted to be paid at
time of booking.
• Full payment is due 7 days prior to charter
departure
CANCELLATION POLICY
• 14 days
or less but more than 7 days
- Individual bookings (1-4 persons) full refund
- Group bookings (5-12 persons) loss of deposit
• Less than 7 days but more than 3 days
- Individual bookings (1-4 persons) loss of deposit
- Group bookings (5-12 persons) loss of all monies
• Less than 3 days
- Individual bookings (1-4 persons) loss of all monies
• If all charter is cancelled due to inclement weather
a full refund is provided or a transfer to another convenient
date.
• The skipper reserves the right to deny boarding of
the vessel if he deems you are intoxicated - and all
monies
will be forfeited.
• Voucher trips are not refundable. We only reschedule
voucher bookings.
